Gift vouchers are valid for 12months from date of issue. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or be refunded. Young&rising will not re-issue gift vouchers, or be held responsible for any gift vouchers lost, damaged or stolen unless valid reasons have been communicated and approved by sales team. Any unused amount will remain on the gift voucher and can be re-used on other purchases
